We are now offering a comprehensive ‘off-vehicle’ DPF cleaning service for various classes of vehicle including cars, vans, LCV’s. We can also accommodate DPF’s from heavy plant & agricultural machinery such as diggers, excavators, generators, forklifts & tractors. Some DPF size restrictions apply.
We have invested in the ‘MetClean S‘ – a specialist ‘off-vehicle’ DPF cleaning machine, manufactured by ‘Mobile Eco Tuning’ – the UK’s leading experts in DPF cleaning.
The ‘Metclean S‘ is capable of cleaning all types of DPF, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), GPF, OPF, EGR, intercoolers and radiators. Our eco-friendly DPF cleaner uses cutting edge technology to provide superior cleaning efficiency whilst protecting the integrity of the particulate filter. It will remove soot and ash build-up and restore the DPF to optimal condition.
The system uses advanced technology, including:
- High & low pressure water flow
- Super low current draw on wash cycle
- Precision chemical blends to maximise cleaning effectiveness
- Controlled heat treatment
- Internal Drying System using heated air
- Micro cavitation system to ensure total removal of ash & soot

What is a Diesel Particulate Filter?
A Diesel Particulate Filter, or DPF, is a filter designed to reduce diesel engine exhaust emissions by capturing soot particles. The DPF is prone to clogging & blocking which impacts vehicle performance and reliability. Cleaning a blocked filter requires specialist refurbishment to restore maximum efficiency.
Since 2009, all diesel vehicles must have a ‘Diesel Particulate Filter’ (DPF) fitted in order to be compliant with Euro 5 exhaust emission standards.

Our ‘off-vehicle’ DPF cleaning service is popular with our trade customers & fleet owners, as we require the DPF to be removed from the vehicle prior to being collected by/delivered to us.
All vehicle owners can benefit from our DPF cleaning service – if the DPF is removed from a vehicle and delivered to us either in person or by use of our preferred courier, DPD.
